Have a customer on iPhone that is having issues connecting to his NVR. Are there any known bugs with recent IOS updates??
Thanks

Re: Remote viewing timeout
Greetings,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. We do not have any known connection issues with the iOS apps.
Could you provide more information, like which app (ICRSS Pro, IC View, Clearview), what type of connection (IP/Domain, P2P), and what the error message is?
I would suggest calling into the support line so a tech can assist in troubleshooting, and test against an in-house iPhone. Hope this helps. Our Tech Support team may be reached at: 786 454 9372 (FL office, M - F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST) or 954 772 5327. Thanks.

Re: Remote viewing timeout
Richard,
You can connect to and view your cameras using either the public IP address, a DDNS address, or using the P2P function on the device.
